Gina Minor
Gina Minor

Gina has a background in claims starting very early in her career. Gina was born in New York City and after seeing the city starting to change her father wisely moved his wife and four daughters to Tampa, Florida. Gina graduated from Brandon High School and attended USF. Very early after high school she took a job with Progressive Insurance, a much smaller and unique insurer than the massive company that they are now. Gina flourished with the company and received many prestigious designations and accomplishments while with Progressive. Her list of accomplishments includes obtaining licenses as an insurance underwriter, agent and adjuster. Gina worked with Progressive for more than a decade and worked many high-profile losses during her career. She was named associate of the year while at Progressive all the while raising her first son, Adam. This success brought her to middle management where she accepted a healthy buy-out during a period of constriction at Progressive.

Her next job was contract negotiator for an HMO based out of Tampa as well. Foundation Health was a large heath services corporation and Gina’s job was to develop relationships and negotiate compensation packages with large physician groups. Gina was very successful in this endeavor and again was named as associate of the year out of more than 1,000 employees.

We are proud to have Gina at Complete and appreciate the big business approach she brings to our organization. The experience in claims and the skills learned negotiating multi-million dollar contracts has gone a long way at Complete. Gina since 1999 has been married to John Minor president of Complete, Inc. and the mother of Adam, Grace and John Jr. (Jack) and resides in Gulf Breeze, Fl. Gina is active in Junior League of Pensacola and a dedicated volunteer at Gulf Breeze Elementary School.

Jim Sholter
Jim Scholter

Jim Scholter, born in Butler, Pennsylvania to KW & Marion Scholter was the older of two brothers. The Scholter’s have a long history in aviation leading back to 1934. KW worked in aviation for others until 1934 then opened Scholter Aviation Company. In June of 1927 he was lucky enough to meet Charles Lindberg who was doing a victory tour following his successful Trans Atlantic flight. In his quest to meet Lindberg at the very beginning of radio communication KW relied on a more static method of communicating with Lindberg. He created a handmade sign at the end of the runway welcoming Lindberg to land there. Lindberg did so and Butler became part of his victory lap around the country. Later KW received his pilot’s license signed by Orville Wright.

Jim Scholter became known as the Bird Man to all of us that know him after learning to fly at a very young age and then receiving his license at the ripe old age of 21. By that time he and Art Minor, John Minor’s father at Complete, were already fast friends and remained so for 50 years. Jim received his bachelor’s degree from Univ. of Pittsburgh and then went on for a stint in the US Navy. Following his service in the Navy, Jim began employment at Mellon Bank in Pittsburgh then moving on to other banks throughout the US. After that he worked a long and successful career at the Ralston Purina Dept – Military Commissary Sales department. Bird now lives here in Gulf Breeze and is an asset to Complete in many ways.
